Shipping Policy

At FilterFree Apparel, we work with different vendors to provide high-quality custom products made just for you! Please review our shipping policy below to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

1. Processing Time* 
   Each product is custom-made upon order, so please allow 3-7 business days for production. Processing times may vary depending on the product and order volume. Once your item is printed and ready, it will be shipped out immediately.

2. Shipping Times & Rates  
   - Domestic Shipping (U.S.):  Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days after processing.  
   - International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 7-21 business days. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

   Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

3. Tracking Information* 
   Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your order’s journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Delayed or Lost Packages  
   Occasionally, packages may experience delays due to high demand, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to look into it. While we cannot control carrier delays, we’ll do our best to help resolve any issues.

5. Shipping Address Changes 
   If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 24 hours. Once an item has been shipped, we are unable to make address changes.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes  
   For international orders, customs, duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on additional fees.

7. Returns & Exchanges 
   Because our items are made to order, returns and exchanges are only available for defective or damaged products. Please see our Return Policy for more details.
