At FilterFree Apparel, we want you to love your purchase! We work with vendors to create and deliver high-quality custom products, and your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return policy below:

1. Damaged or Defective Items  
   If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue and your order details. We’ll work with our vendors to send a replacement or provide a refund if the item cannot be replaced.

2. Wrong Item or Size Sent  
   If you received the wrong item or incorrect size due to a fulfillment error, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and your order details. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost.

3. Custom or Personalization Issues  
   Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are generally not available for items where the customer selected incorrect customization, size, or other personalized options.Please double-check your selections before finalizing your order.

4. Refund Process  
   For approved refunds, once we receive confirmation from our vendors, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

How to Submit a Return Request
Please email us at info@filterfreeapparel.com with the subject line “Return Request” and include:
   - Your order number
   - Photos of the product showing any issue (if applicable)
   - A description of the issue
